Each January, the Kentucky Fruit & Vegetable Conference brings together over 550 growers, educators, researchers, and partners for three days of practical training, networking, and peer learning. Our exhibitor space is designed to help you meet farmers, share your products and services, and build meaningful relationships within Kentucky’s horticulture community. Your sponsorship helps keep this event affordable and impactful while supporting Kentucky’s specialty crop community.

The Conference is held at the Sloan Convention Center in Bowling Green, KY on January 11-12, 2027 with Pre-Conference Sessions and exhibitor setup taking place in the afternoon of Sunday, January 10th.

Exhibitor Booth Layout

Please include your preferred booth numbers from the map below when purchasing a trade show exhibitor booth or any sponsorship option that includes a complimentary booth. Booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. We'll do our best to honor location requests.

*Please note the changes in the layout of the conference. The ballrooms have been shifted around to allow better prominence for the tradeshow room. Because of this change, the booths numbers have changed as well.

Important Notes:

Tradeshow and Sponsorship registrations received prior to November 15, 2026 will be listed in the printed program. Sponsors will need to provide their logo in order for it to be included in the printed program. Upload below or email to [email protected].
Unlike in past years, lunch will not be served at the conference. We will provide ample time for attendees to leave the conference center for lunch and return for afternoon sessions. We will also provide a list of nearby restaurants for your convience on the conference webpage closer to January.

Because of hotel policies, registration fees are non-refundable.

Because of the scale of this conference, we have commitments with the hotel and vendors to make this event possible. Because of this we aren't able to offer refunds for cancellations. In the case of cancellation or delay, we will do our best to offer opportunities for you to connect with attendees whether virtually or in-person. We greatly appreciate your understanding and support in making this conference a success.
